EB+AI Booster is more than just ordinary training on AI tools. It is an intensive program for EB teams (marketing, HR, communication, PR), where we will develop an AI toolkit for each team to use in their daily work. Our training consists of three workshops, each lasting four hours. The workshops take place every two weeks, resulting in a total of six weeks of intensive work for your team.

We've designed the EB+AI Booster as sprints. 3 workshops are interwoven between weeks of intense work on your own - giving you 6 weeks of learning all together!
During sprints, you will work on these selected areas:
Area 1: Data collection, brand analysis and prompting
Learn to use AI tools for collecting and analyzing data to gain valuable insights about your employer brand. Analyze your career page for archetypes, check brand sentiment on Glassdoor, and extract recommendations from engagement surveys with a single command. Area 2: Building your EB assistant, designing visual assets
Build your AI assistant for your employer brand using GPTs, and learn how to upgrade it with new functions to deliver analysis and copy in line with your EVP and personas need. Learn how to scale up your visual framework using Canva to stay consistent across departments and channels. Use our 100+ AI Tools library to build your personal or team toolbox!
Area 3: Producing audio, video, avatars and building your AI team

Let elevenlabs prepare audio for your onboarding, HeyGen build a virtual assistant for your career page, and Luma.ai animate graphics for you. Produce reels with OpusClick or schedule social media posts for a week using copy.ai in minutes. Hire our GPTs to bring you creative, yet coherent concepts for any brand's activation.
